This plan:

  • Does not provide an adequate design configuration to optimize efficient and secure operations of the jail and courthouse.
  • Does not allow for courthouse expansion without acquisition of additional neighborhood homes and businesses.
  • Reduces parking (unless more property is acquired).
  • Does not accommodate secure inmate evacuation in an emergency.
